This is a collection of collages made from photos taken in Olhão and Faro, in the far South of Portugal in Summer 2023, during the heatwave that scorched much of Europe. This series feels deeply restful to me, definitely as a result of how healing and nourishing this trip was after a tumultuous time in the months before, I hope some of the literal and metaphorical warmth of these pieces radiates from them for you too!
