My Skye collage series was made after a trip with my mum to the Isle of Skye in the Autumn of 2016, my gift to her for her birthday. We spent a lot of time visiting Skye when I was growing up, the only trips we took without my siblings and my dad, our time in our place.
This work initially formed my degree show research in 2018, the resolution of which earned me the Best in Degree Show award from the Six Foot Gallery, and the Aon Community Art Award.
