Sunniest - Iona Prints - 2/5

My Iona collage series was made after a family trip to the island, my mum and her mum's afterlife home.

This piece, Sunniest, represents the patchwork quality of memory, and a specific walk taken on the island during our last trip as a whole family. The gorgeous, creamy, sunny orange-yellow of the gorse mirrors the sunset, while the bright blue of waves reflects on the sand before it.
